Description:

American style lager made with sorghum, rice and corn

 

Ingredients:

  • 7 lbs White Sorghum Malt (mash/sparge)

  • 3 lbs Flaked Rice (mash/sparge)

  • 1 lb Flaked Corn (mash/sparge)

  • 1 oz Tettnanger Whole Hops (90 min)

  • 1 tsp Irish Moss (15 min)

  • 1 lb Light Brown Sugar (1 min)

  • 1.5 lb Honey (1 min)

  • Dry Lager Yeast

Agave Wheat
 
 

Description:

Medium bodied wheat beer with notes of citrus and honey, DEXTROSE FREE!

 

Ingredients:

  • Cooper's Heffewizen Malt extract kit

  • 2 lbs Weiss (wheat) spray (dry) malt

  • 8 fluid oz agave nectar

  • 2 oz dried orange peel

  • 1 cup Weiss spray (dry) malt for bottling

  • 2 Tbsp honey (preferably LOCAL & WILD)

Apricot Ale

 

 

 

Description:

A fine light ale. Nice golden amber color with a good hop bite. Taste of cloves

.  

Ingredients:

  • 4--1/2 pounds light dry malt extract

  • 1 pound, German pilsner malt (steeped at 150 F for 1 hour)

  • 1/4 teaspoon, Irish moss

  • 1/2 teaspoon, salt

  • 1 ounce, Chinook hops (12.2% alpha)

  • 1/2 ounce, Mt. Hood hops (5.3% alpha)

  • 2 1/2 pounds, frozen, pitted, halved apricots

  • 1 packet, ale yeast

  • 3/4 cup, corn sugar for bottling
